Purpose: Assessment of project commissioning and management transfer Pakali Bharaul water supply sanitation projects were done systematically for assuring smooth operation the system. Design/Methodology/Approach: Sunsari district with Itahari sub metropolitan Barahchetra municipality chosen as research region because it contains a mixed-race population is close to Indian border. Interviews, field perceptions, surveys utilized gather essential information; writing (distribution reports, inspecting records, information) from both public global setting was utilized. The statistical tools used analyze adopted process are clustered column, line bar chart. Findings/Result: have been compared on basis steps that should be followed successful Both selected found competent in planning pipe instrumentation diagrams. In terms mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, initial operation, performance testing, none deemed competent. not handed over yet thus post done. For recommended procedure involves calibrating sterilizing system, having "water operator's standard" document place, training office staff members user committee.
